Saturn Return Calculator

Estimate the first return of Saturn to its natal tropical longitude. See calculated crossings rather than a birthday plus a fixed number of years.

Astronomical positions are calculated; astrology and numerology interpretations are symbolic, not scientifically validated assessments.

Birth details

Reference cities use centre coordinates. Edit them for your actual birthplace. Historical offsets follow your browser’s time-zone database; check your record when clocks changed.

Calculations stay in your browser. We do not put birth details in URLs, storage or analytics. Results are not sent to a server.

Enter your details and choose Calculate. Examples are illustrative, not saved profiles.

How this calculation works

Natal Saturn longitude is calculated first. A search between ages 26 and 33 finds longitude crossings and refines the roots; retrograde motion can produce more than one pass.

Assumptions and limits

Dates are approximate geocentric tropical crossings, not guaranteed life-event windows. Birth-time uncertainty and ephemeris error matter near slow stations. Only the first return is searched; supported birth years are 1900–2065.

Questions about saturn return

Why can I have several return dates?

Apparent retrograde motion can bring Saturn across the same natal degree more than once.

Is everyone’s Saturn return on their 29th birthday?

No. Saturn's apparent motion and natal longitude determine the crossings; a fixed birthday rule is only a rough shorthand.
